Where we ship

We currently ship finished Nailink products to Australian delivery addresses. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery timing

Stocked EVERYDAY sets are normally dispatched from Melbourne within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or personalised products may have a longer lead time, which is stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods and carrier disruptions can affect timing.

Rates and tracking

  • Standard Australian shipping is A$6.95 unless a different rate is shown at checkout.
  • Standard Australian shipping is free when the pre-discount merchandise subtotal reaches A$100 for guests or A$45 for a verified LINK Club member. Nail sets and accessories, including jelly adhesive tabs, count toward the threshold. Shipping charges do not count.
  • Once the pre-discount merchandise subtotal reaches the applicable threshold, a member-price or reward discount does not remove free standard shipping.
  • A Hand to Hand or 300-point EVERYDAY reward makes the selected set free; it does not make shipping free. Standard shipping is A$6.95 when redeemed alone, and a combined cart must independently meet the normal free-shipping threshold.
  • A 25-point jelly adhesive refill reward must be added to a paid EVERYDAY set in the same order and cannot be shipped by itself.
  • When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for the order after the parcel is dispatched.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check the delivery address before paying and contact us immediately if it needs to change. We cannot promise an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or delivery to the wrong place, email support@nailink.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law. A carrier scan alone does not remove any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
