About these terms

This website is operated by NAILINK BEAUTY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.

Products, pricing and orders

  • Prices are in Australian dollars. Taxes are included or calculated where applicable and the final total is shown before payment.
  • Product colours can vary slightly between screens, lighting and production batches. This does not limit remedies for goods that fail a consumer guarantee.
  • An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing is clearly erroneous or fraud is reasonably suspected.
  • You are responsible for checking product, quantity, add-on and delivery details before submitting payment.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape it in a harmful way, upload unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights or use our services for fraud.

LINK Club member pricing and delivery

  • MUSE members receive 10% off eligible full-price nail sets and ATELIER members receive 15% off eligible full-price nail sets while their earned level is valid. Member pricing begins on a future order after the level is earned and can combine with the one-time creator audience 10% offer.
  • Standard Australian shipping is A$6.95. Free-shipping eligibility uses the pre-discount subtotal of all merchandise, including nail sets and accessories such as jelly adhesive tabs, but excluding shipping charges. The threshold is A$100 for guests and A$45 for verified LINK Club members.
  • A later member-price or reward discount does not remove free standard shipping once the applicable pre-discount merchandise threshold has been reached.

Hand to Hand customer referrals

  • Hand to Hand is available to customers aged 18 or over after a paid EVERYDAY order is fulfilled and the programme terms are accepted. It is separate from LINK Club levels, LINK Points and creator partnerships.
  • A referred friend receives 10% off their first eligible EVERYDAY order. Standard shipping applies and the offer cannot be combined with another merchandise discount.
  • A distinct friend counts once after their eligible paid order is kept for 30 days. Each confirmed friend creates one reward for one selected in-stock EVERYDAY set. The set is free, but normal shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds still apply. The reward must be claimed within 30 days and has no cash alternative.
  • Self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, paid advertising, trademark bidding, buying or selling referral activity, false claims and attempts to circumvent the one-person or one-order rules are prohibited. We may pause, void or review affected progress or rewards while preserving rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, reward and creator-attributed orders do not count. One order has one attribution source and cannot generate both Hand to Hand progress and creator commission.

LINK Points and product rewards

  • LINK Points are a separate reward wallet and do not determine LINK, MUSE or ATELIER status. They are not cash, cannot be transferred and have no cash alternative.
  • Current product rewards are: 25 points for one 30-tab jelly adhesive refill; 60 points for A$5 off eligible merchandise; 150 points for A$10 off eligible merchandise; and 300 points for one selected eligible EVERYDAY set. Availability and eligible products may be shown at redemption.
  • The 25-point jelly refill must be redeemed with a paid EVERYDAY set in the same order and is not shipped alone. A 300-point EVERYDAY set is free, but standard shipping applies when redeemed alone and a combined cart must independently meet the normal free-shipping threshold.
  • Only one LINK Points reward may be used per order. A$5 and A$10 LINK Points rewards may combine with earned MUSE or ATELIER pricing. They do not combine with creator, Hand to Hand, new-customer or general promotion codes, and those offer types are mutually exclusive.
  • If an order used to earn or redeem points is cancelled, refunded, reversed or identified as fraudulent, the related points or unfulfilled reward may be corrected or cancelled. This does not limit any right under Australian Consumer Law.

Creator partnerships

  • A product-seeding invitation is a gifted trial for honest feedback. Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, accepting a trial gift does not require a Reel, post, review or recommendation and does not activate affiliate commission.
  • A verified MUSE member may apply for a reviewed 90-day Creator Trial. If approved and activated through Shopify Collabs, the trial rate is 10% of eligible net merchandise and the creator receives a personal audience link or code for 10% off.
  • After three confirmed kept trial sales, NAILINK may review the partnership, content quality and compliance for an upgrade to the full programme. ATELIER members may be invited to apply directly, and approved ATELIER or independently recruited creators may receive the full 20% eligible commission rate. Application, invitation or sales milestones do not guarantee approval or continuation.
  • Returns, cancellations, taxes, shipping, gift cards, reward orders, self-orders and fraudulent or duplicate orders are excluded. Creators must make clear advertising disclosures, such as the Paid Partnership label or #ad, whenever required.
  • The creator audience 10% offer is available to new and returning customers, once per customer across all creators and creator programmes, not once per code. Sign in with your verified LINK account to redeem. An unused offer remains saved if checkout is abandoned; using another creator code does not create a new entitlement. It can combine only with earned MUSE or ATELIER merchandise pricing, applied sequentially. Points, monthly, anniversary, Hand to Hand, new-customer and other promotional offers are excluded from this combination. Normal earned free-shipping eligibility still applies. A creator may not receive Hand to Hand progress and commission from the same order.
  • Any guaranteed content deliverable, deadline, paid usage right or advertising licence requires a separate written content agreement; it is not a condition of ordinary product seeding.

NAILINK Monthly Spotlight

  • Eligible entrants may share original Instagram content showing NAILINK products and tag the current NAILINK Instagram account during the stated monthly entry period. Entry details, eligibility, closing time and judging criteria will be shown with each Spotlight.
  • The selected entry receives A$200 in NAILINK store credit, not cash. Selection is judged and is not a random draw or a vote based only on likes.
  • Entrants keep ownership of their content. By entering, they permit NAILINK to repost the entry organically with creator credit. Paid advertising, editing beyond ordinary formatting or other commercial usage requires separate permission.
  • Content does not need to be positive. Entries must be original, lawful, properly disclose any commercial relationship and not infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The Nailink name, website design, photographs, copy, product artwork and other original material are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit our material without permission.

Liability and consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any permitted limitation is subject to your non-excludable rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The current version and date remain on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
